General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop at www.drachenenergie-heilung.de between

Mandy Seyfert
(hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”)

and the customer.

2. Subject of the Contract

The Seller offers digital content (e.g., wallpapers, menergetic transmissions in text or image form) and artistically designed products (e.g., paintings) for purchase.
These offerings are expressions of artistic and spiritual work. They do not constitute medical or therapeutic services.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. A purchase agreement is concluded when the customer completes the checkout process and the Provider confirms the order via an automatic email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown are final prices (in accordance with §19 UStG – VAT is not shown).

Various electronic payment methods are available, such as credit card or SEPA direct debit.
The exact selection of available payment methods is displayed to the customer during the order process.

The Seller reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.

5. Delivery and Digital Content

Digital products will be made available to the customer after receipt of payment, either via download link or by email.

Physical products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are specified in the respective product descriptions.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

For digital content not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires once:

  • the customer has expressly agreed that the Seller may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
  • the customer has confirmed their understanding that this means they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of contract performance.

This notice and a corresponding checkbox are provided at checkout.

For physical products (e.g., paintings or artistically designed objects), the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Returns are only accepted if the item is returned undamaged.

Please note that the paintings are unique original works that have been energetically charged with spiritual energy.
Only place an order if you feel confident that the artwork resonates with you.
Unnecessary returns not only cause administrative effort but also pose a risk to the artwork itself.

7. Copyright and Usage

All digital content and images are protected by copyright.
They may be used exclusively for private purposes.
Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

All content is intended solely for personal inspiration and spiritual self-work.
No promises of healing are made.
Use of the services and products does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

9. Return of Paintings

The paintings offered in the online shop are energetically charged original works (one of a kind).
Please only place an order if you are sure that the artwork resonates with you.

Unnecessary returns not only create administrative effort but may also damage or energetically disturb the artwork.

Returns within the legal withdrawal period of 14 days are possible under the following conditions:

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • The item must be returned securely packaged and undamaged.
  • A refund will only be issued if the artwork is received in perfect condition.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is the residence of the Seller, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations state otherwise.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
