Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day:

  • in the case of a purchase contract for physical products: on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
  • in the case of a contract for digital content not delivered on a physical data carrier: on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Mandy Seyfert, [Address], amanda@drachenenergie-healing.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email).
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund the purchase price of the returned goods.
You are responsible for all shipping costs (both initial and return shipping).

The refund will be made within 14 days from the day I have received the returned goods.
For the refund, I will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
You will not incur any additional charges as a result of this refund.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier if

  • I have started performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that I may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and
  • you have confirmed your awareness that this means you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
