I consciously let go of everything that no longer serves me with love and gratitude and welcomed everything new. After a good 40 minutes, I felt the urge to get up.
But the energy continued to flow for quite some time.

Great meditation! At the beginning, I felt a circular pressure on my head (crown chakra). A little later, I was completely deeply relaxed. Then I felt a tingling sensation and activity in my solar plexus area. After that, an energy came that pulled everything out of me… at least that’s how it felt… and I just let go… and it felt really good. Then it felt like I was in free fall… only for a moment… but it felt very good and liberating. After that, the work continued in the heart/chest area. That area feels a bit heavy at the moment… but then it became a lot lighter. Overall, I feel comfortable and good after this meditation. Usually, the full effect doesn’t come until the next day… at least that’s how it is for me and based on my experience with many of your other meditations.

After 7 days of meditation with this video, everything has actually developed as intended for this meditation. Money, clients and opportunities are all moving in the right direction. It’s a great feeling… but what’s even better is that my mind is clearer than it has been in a long time! I feel incredibly empowered, confident and in a really good mood. I know what I want and which direction I want to go in. It’s a wonderful feeling. Everything feels positive. Even though yesterday was full of stressful situations, I think it may have been necessary… but even that day showed me that I can cope with things.

Wow, I think there were still connections. At first, I felt hot. I felt this energy to be very, very powerful. I hardly slept that night, but I didn’t find that unpleasant. What I found strange was that my legs were restless and my feet felt hot… just from the sensation!
They felt heavy. That felt uncomfortable. I felt the need to sit on the edge of the bed so that my feet were on the floor. It felt as if something heavy was flowing into the earth.
During the transmission, I thought about a past relationship and felt soooo much love and forgiveness 🙏🥰
Now I have noticed that I react much more calmly and serenely in certain situations… especially in financial matters and when driving… i.e. on unfamiliar routes. I am no longer so tired and weak at the moment.

My energy spiral immediately began to turn. (It always does this in both directions – to the right to bring energy into my system and to the left to accompany what needs to be transformed out).

I had goose bumps a lot and for a long time. My hands tingled at first. They lay in my lap and gradually became heavy, then my pelvis became heavy and it felt like my pelvis was being pulled/pushed towards the floor.
Then I had restless eyelids, goose bumps… my shoulder blades on both sides felt like I was doing a kind of ‘wing flapping’ and ‘taking off’ then I kind of started smiling and it ended with a tear from my left eye…
Afterwards I had goose bumps all over my body, but I wasn’t cold.
